Protein Chocolate Muffins

  • 12 egg whites
  • 1 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp low sugar red raspberry jam
  • 1 dash vanilla extract and/or almond extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp Nesquick chocolate no sugar added milk mix powder
  • 1 ounce dried cranberries ((optional))
  • 1 tsp butter buds
  • 6 packets Splenda (Or use stevia for a healthy option)
  • Pam cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a blender mix the egg whites, oatmeal, jam, vanilla, cocoa powder, butter buds, Splenda and Nesquick Mix.

  3. Spray muffin tins with Spray Pam and pour mixture into muffin tins.

  4. Top each muffin with 4 dried cranberries.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
